Plumbing and electrical works (25-35%) are evident through the initial installations within the walls and ceilings.

Comparing current photos with the previous visit (photos 21 to 26), the project has progressed from the final roof slab casting stage and the presence of the concrete pump (visible in the previous visit) to the intensification of red brick masonry work across all floors and the dismantling of the upper roof formwork.
